Brawlers Repeat in
Shootout for Keystone Bowl III

Football League trophy back to the Bayshore for the
second year in a row...to read more click here. The
Brawlers were lead on offense by league rushing leader Sy
Patterson, TE Marques Haynes, and QB Ed Cox. Fighting in the trenches alongside
Haynes were offensive lineman Bill Lawton and John
Mulligan. Also contributing to the offense was RB/FB David “Spanky”
Morera.
On defense the Bayshore Brawlers were lead by one of the most fearful defensive back duos in Frank Susino and Fred Leo. Antoine Tolbert alongside with defensive lineman John Hartman and Stephon Hickson tamed the Wildcats rushing attack and put tremendous pressure on the QB. The ageless wonder in Dave Strollo contributed to the defensive line all day long in the victory with some hard hits. As the clock ticked down to the final seconds, the final score was 84-64, the most points the Brawlers scored in their two year history.
